Co-resol keeps getting better at creating wellbeing spaces – Bcn Resol

Co-resol is an ethical digital alert channel founded with the aim of creating wellbeing spaces for everyone who is part of an organisation or entity.

As well as meeting the requirements set out by Law 2/2023 on Internal Information Systems (SII) and whistleblowing channels, developing the alert channel allows entities and organisations to generate value in terms of safety, trust, protection and wellbeing, which translates into greater commitment to people, a more human organisational culture and, of course, a better image and reputation for the company.

To achieve this, the person raising the alert must have every facility and safeguard when doing so (accessibility, simplicity and anonymity), and whoever manages the alerts needs a management environment that, following the stages defined by Law 2/2023, allows them to handle alerts in an easy, intuitive, secure and confidential way and with full traceability.

To this end, co-resol is presenting its new statistics features: a global dashboard that lets you:

– Have a clear and broad view of everything that has happened.

– Filter alerts by time period.

– Cross-filter alerts using a range of criteria.

– Easily download charts and statistics.

These improvements, now being rolled out, will make life easier for the people who manage the channel in their organisations and companies and, of course, help to keep promoting safe environments that foster wellbeing.
