Great turnout at the second Apps & Beers

The second edition of Apps & Beers was held yesterday with a great turnout. Among new and familiar faces, we exchanged ideas, concepts and projects in some very lively business networking, in a superb venue and with a beer in hand.

At this edition we also had the pleasure of hearing a talk by Carles Gomara, innovation manager at Acció, who revealed the best-kept secrets of the Mobile World Congress and brought us a little closer to the dream of having a stand at the world's most important mobile event. Although attendance at MWC is always higher among foreign companies, the Catalunya Apps Association, Acció and the Generalitat de Catalunya aim to help and promote Catalan technology companies so that more of them take part in the event. With the active involvement of everyone at Apps & Beers, we enjoyed a very lively discussion, followed by networking with highly collaborative CEOs of companies and start-ups.
